The Trust-e Cashless Catering System provided by Nationwide Retail Systems Limited is used for all school meals at Llangatwg. The system reduces queues at lunch time, provides anonymous free school meals to pupils and allows for the pre-payment of dinner money. Cashless Catering logos
 

 

 
 
Free School Meals
 
Free School Meals is a benefit awarded in respect of statutory school age children in full time education where the parent or guardian is in receipt of certain benefits.

School Clothing Grant
 
The Local Education Authority and Welsh Government offer a school uniform clothing grant to families to help support them with the cost of school clothing.

The Welsh Government School Uniform Grant Scheme provides a grant of 105 to each pupil entering Year 7 of secondary school or attending a special school aged 11 at the start of the school year that are eligible for free school meals. Accordingly, children of families in receipt of certain benefits will be eligible.
